Grief Support
What type of grief support do you offer?

Grief support is for those hurting from a death of a family member, friend or pet. Grieving is a normal reaction to loss that every person will experience more than once in his or her lifetime. But what many people don't realize is that every person copes with loss in unique ways.
The grieving journey is one of the most misunderstood and avoided life processes as so many people feel we need to move through it quickly, often being told to, 'get over it'. Loss is a very personal experience, and so is our process of grieving and going through some or all of its phases. Grief can be experienced through sadness, anger, confusion, loneliness or feelings of emptiness or being in a fog. The loss may be so painful that it feels like your heart has been ripped to pieces.

You don't have to do it alone! We can take this journey together. When experiencing the death of a friend, family member of pet, adjustment can be difficult when the physical presence of the dearly departed is gone. Finding yourself mentally and emotionally drained or overwhelmed as you try to pick up the pieces of your broken heart and move forward isn't unusual.
